Amber Breach BO.st
Hi, I’m Amber, a dedicated osteopath and sports massage therapist passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and live pain-free.
I began my journey at Nescot, where I developed a strong foundation in manual therapy. I then pursued my Bachelor’s degree at the International College of Osteopathic Medicine in Epsom, Surrey, further refining my skills in osteopathy after 1000 clinical hours I was an osteopath! During my studies I gained hands-on experience working as a massage therapist in Caterham at ASD Osteopathy, helping clients recover from injuries and improve their mobility. I also hold an ITEC qualification in Sports Massage Therapy, allowing me to provide comprehensive care for both acute and chronic conditions.

My Approach
I believe in a patient-centered approach, tailoring each treatment specifically to the individual. No two people are the same, and neither are their injuries. Whether it’s sports injuries, chronic pain, or postural issues or musculoskeletal, pain I take a holistic view—treating the entire body, not just the area that hurts. I’m passionate about understanding the root cause of discomfort and creating personalized treatment plans that lead to long-term relief and recovery.

Why I Became an Osteopath
My journey into osteopathy was inspired by my work with top-level horses. Seeing the profound impact any manual therapy treatment had on their movement and performance sparked my curiosity about how it could help people too. Just like a finely tuned engine, the human body thrives on proper alignment and balance. That’s why I see myself as more of a human body mechanic than a car mechanic—though I do love anything with an engine!

My Mission
My goal is simple: to help you recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain movement so you can get back to doing what you love. As well as to aid and help you maintain and prevent injury to keep your body at its optimum. Whether you're an athlete, an office worker, or someone struggling with chronic discomfort, I’m here to provide not just treatment but also knowledge on how to prevent future issues and maintain a healthier body.

A Little More About Me
Beyond osteopathy, I have a deep love for animals and enjoy working with them whenever I can. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll likely find me with my dog Geoff, he sometimes comes to the clinic with me or around cars, and anything mechanical—though my real passion lies in human anatomy and bio-mechanics. Osteopathy has given me the perfect way to combine my love for movement, problem-solving, and helping people live pain-free.

If you're ready to start your journey to better movement and recovery, I’d love to help. Feel free to book an appointment or reach out with any questions!
